At Luxury Ticks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Shipping and Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy:

  • Free Delivery Nationwide: We offer free delivery on all orders across Pakistan.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Your order will be delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp. This confirmation will include your order details and expected delivery time.

Note: Please double-check your shipping address and contact number at this stage. If any information is incorrect, notify us immediately so we can update your order before it is dispatched.


Advance Payment Policy:

  • To confirm your order, we require a Rs. 500 advance payment. This amount helps us process your order and avoid fake or incomplete bookings. The remaining payment can be made on delivery.
  • After receiving your advance, you will get a confirmation message with all the order details.

Packaging & Handling:

All our products are packed securely in protective packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Each watch is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality and condition. We also include any extra items (such as warranty cards, instructions, or boxes) if applicable.


Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • In rare cases where a package is damaged or lost in transit, we will take full responsibility. If you receive a damaged package, please take clear photos of the product and packaging and contact us immediately.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate with the courier service.

Checking Warranty:

  • Every product comes with a 3- Days checking warranty
  • Within these 3 days, you can inspect the product for any manufacturing faults, damage, or incorrect item received.
  • If there is any issue, please contact our customer service within the 3-dayperiod to arrange a return or replacement.

1-Year Machine Warranty (Master Copies Only):

  • For all Master Copy Watches, we provide a 1-Year Machine Warranty.
  • This warranty covers internal machine faults only mechanical issues that are not caused by physical damage, water exposure (unless stated waterproof), battery issues, strap damage, or glass breakage.
  • To claim this warranty, please keep your order receipt or confirmation message safe, as proof of purchase is required. We take pride in offering high-quality master copies with lasting performance.

Late Delivery:

While we aim to deliver your order within the promised time, delays may sometimes occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will keep you updated and do our best to deliver it as soon as possible.

Returns & Replacements:

1. Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product.

2. The product must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Returned within 3 days of receiving it.
  • We do not accept returns based on change of mind after the checking period.
